We offer the following payment options:

We do offer free shipping on several promotional items and during sales.

Yes, you are more than welcome purchase in bulk. We even offer percentage discounts when you purchase 3 or more of each item, as per below:

Buy 3 or more = 5% Off

Buy 5 or more = 10% Off

If you want to wholesale the product, please reach out to us on customercare@stepsealandgo.com.au and we will give you a wholesale price.

Returns

Yes, you are more than welcome to cancel or change your order, up until the point of your order being despatched.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to fulfil any cancellation or change requests after your order has been shipped.

Please refer to our Refund Policy before returning any order.

We find that the chat option is the quickest and easiest, but you're more than welcome to email us on customercare@stepsealandgo.com.au. 

Due to COVID-19 and these uncertain times, we can not guarantee the delivery time.

Please rest assure that we will dispatch the item within 24-48 hours of your order being placed.

We do have an Express Shipping option if you require your order sooner than typical Standard Shipping times.

You can check the status of your order by referring to the tracking number that is supplied in the confirmation email you receive upon your order being shipped.
